At Evren Valuations, as Chartered Business Valuators, we specialize in business valuations and litigation support, providing a strong foundation in financial matters for both business and legal contexts.

Evren Valuations is led by Sunny Sanghera, CPA, CA, CBV. In 2024, Sunny founded Evren Valuations Inc. — a boutique business valuation and litigation support firm. Since 2020, he has worked exclusively in the business valuation and litigation support industry, with prior experience at Blair Mackay Mynett Valuations Inc. (BMM Valuations) in Vancouver, British Columbia and Vine Valuations Inc. in Hamilton, Ontario.

Sunny has experience in the preparation of business valuation reports in the context of shareholder disputes, matrimonial (family law) matters, minority shareholder oppression claims, estate planning, and tax reorganizations. He has also been involved in litigation support services, including the preparation of expert reports to determine income available for child and spousal support (Guideline Income reports), forensic investigations to trace excluded property, and the quantification of income and economic loss claims, including a First Nations claim.

Sunny has been qualified as an expert witness in the Supreme Court of British Columbia and has provided opinion evidence at mediations.

Prior to specializing in valuations, Sunny co-founded and operated a public accounting practice in the Greater Toronto Area for five years, providing assurance, taxation, accounting, and advisory services to individuals and small-to-medium-sized businesses. He also worked for an Ontario-based regional public accounting firm and a major Canadian consumer packaged meats company, and began his career at Deloitte, one of the largest professional services firms in the world.
